  • …what is the minimal length of time you will work with a client?

Because transformation does not happen overnight, and studies show that it takes time and practice to create new and long-lasting habits, the minimal length of time I work with a client is 60-days {2-months}.

  • …are all coaches certified?

Technically speaking, you don’t need to be certified to be a life coach. But there is an international coach federation in that many coaches are certified. It should be noted that I received my life coach certification via the Life Purpose Institute which is accredited by the ICF…and I am currently working towards obtaining my certification through the ICF coaching program.
