• …what is a life coach?

As defined by the International Coaching Federation {ICF}, coaching is a partnership between coach and client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential, thereby taking you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

  • …what is a coaching agreement?

Upon execution, the Coaching Agreement is a binding document outlining the terms and conditions of the coaching partnership, which includes but is not limited to, definition of coaching, the coaching engagement, coaching timeframe, payments, cancellation and refund policies.

  • …what is the minimal length of time you will work with a client?

Because transformation does not happen overnight, and studies show that it takes time and practice to create new and long-lasting habits, the minimal length of time I work with a client is 60-days {2-months}.

  • …are all coaches certified?

Technically speaking, you don’t need to be certified to be a life coach. But there is an international coach federation in that many coaches are certified. It should be noted that I received my life coach certification via the Life Purpose Institute which is accredited by the ICF…and I am currently working towards obtaining my certification through the ICF coaching program.
